Dance Diary: January 2022

The start of 2022 has been a busy month for Sadowski Dance. From launching our new class in Richmond to competing at competitions across the country, January has been jam-packed.

Our First Richmond Class

10th January

To kick off the year we started teaching classes in our brand new location in Richmond. The interest in this class has been incredible and there are clearly some talented dancers in South-West London!

Due to demand, a second beginners class starts 28th Feb. Sign-up here.

Star Ball

12th January

Next on the agenda was our first ProAm competition of the year, held at Epsom Race Course.

Universal Championships

16th January

What a busy week this was! 4 days after the Star Ball, it was time for our teachers Alfie & Olivia to take to the floor and compete against couples from all over the world at the Universal Championships.

UK Open: ProAm

17th January

This was the first time ProAm competitions were included at the UK Open Championships and there was an incredible turnout.

Our student Claire absolutely smashed it, making every final in the morning session.

UK Open: Professional Latin

20th January

Back to Bournemouth 3 days later for Alfie & Olivia to compete in the Professional Latin. The atmosphere was incredible making it one of the best competitions they’ve ever competed at.

Kids Class Launch

26th January

Towards the end of the month, we launched our first dedicated kids class.

What a fantastic group of budding dancers we have who are going from strength to strength.
